Faulty Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase but if the products are faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown, we’re so sorry! We will meet our legal obligations and refund or exchange the product.

Please send as a message through our website stating the fault within 14 days from day of purchase. We will then ask you to send back the product back to us by post or to a click and collect location.


Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind about a product you purchased from us online or in-store, we will refund the purchase price, or exchange within 14 day from the day of purchase subject to the following conditions:
